Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Home Design Launcher (the "App"), provided by Prime Daddy Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The Service
AI Home Design Launcher is a mobile launcher and home-design inspiration app. It provides launcher functionality alongside tools that help you explore and visualize room, furniture, and décor ideas through image-based and AI-generated results. The App may include advertising, analytics, and third-party services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must comply with applicable law and these Terms. You must not use the App to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-violating content; interfere with the App; attempt unauthorized access; use automated means to scrape or disrupt the service; or use the App in a way that harms others.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos, design images, prompts, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, process, modify, and display Your Content only as necessary to operate, provide, secure, and improve the App and deliver the results you request. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit Your Content.
4. AI Generated Results
AI-generated images, visualizations, and suggestions are provided for inspiration and convenience. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. The App does not provide architectural, engineering, construction, safety, legal, financial, or other professional advice; it is not professional advice.
5. Intellectual Property
Except for Your Content and rights granted by applicable law, the App, its software, design, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Prime Daddy Technologies and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the App except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
6. Advertising and Third Parties
The App may display advertising or link to third-party services. Third parties are responsible for their own content, products, and policies. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them. We are not responsible for third-party services except where law requires otherwise.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY. We do not promise that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Daddy Technologies and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prime Daddy Technologies and its personnel from claims, damages, and expenses arising from Your Content, your misuse of the App, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Prime Daddy Technologies is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
